For the Published books,
To date, there are three books published by Dr. Kalani Malema. The first one is titled:
"A Summary of Labour Legislation in Malawi".

"Working Conditions and Corporate Social Responsibility in the Mining: The Case of Malawi"

The third book is titled:
"A Brief History of the Mbeyes"
This is a history book for the Mbeyes. It is an author's "non" work professional written book with an aim to regenerate and restore clear information about who the Mbeyes are and their origin.
For the Journal Articles,
Dr. Malema has published ten journal articles. The first journal is on the Labour administration system services and the National development process. It is titled:
The second journal article is on the working conditions in the mining sector. It is titled:
The third journal article is on the non-minimum wage problem and is titled:
The fourth journal article is on the triangular employment relationships in Malawi with respect to proposed labour law reform for the protection of employed security guards within the Security Guard Service Industry. It is titled:
The fifth journal article is a Factor Analysis on the Malawi Pension Act implementation challenges and is titled:
The other journal articles published in the Indian Journal of Industrial Relations (Comparative Industrial Relations in Malawi & India: Industrial Dispute Settlement Procedures); Occupational Southern Africa Journal (Working environment versus workers' compliance with occupational safety and health protective equipment in Malawi's mining sector); and Research Ideas and Outcomes Journal are on comparative industrial relations; working environment in the mining sector and labour inspection approaches, respectively.
Note that those published between 2018 and 2021 by Dr. Malema while studying at Andhra University can also be accessed through J-Gate platform within the University Library.
Conference Papers,
Two conference papers have been written and presented by Dr. Kalani Malema, the first, during the University of Malawi, Social Science Conference, held from 25th – 27th June 2014. Chancellor College - Zomba. The title of the paper is "Social protection: The State regulation of the employment relationships in Malawi - achievements and challenges". The paper's full pdf copy can be accessed here.
And the second, on unpaid terminal benefits of Malawians who worked in the South African mines, to be presented during the next Annual Labour Officers' conference in Lilongwe, Malawi.
Further, Dr. Malema has authored a comprehensive report on the assessment of public employment services in Malawi following successful completion of his 2021 signed contract with International Labour Organisation.
For theses category,
Dr. Kalani Malema conducted an empirical research on the role of Labour inspections in the labour disputes settlement process.
This thesis report titled: The role of labour inspection in labour disputes settlement framework in Malawi (Pdf) was submitted to the University of Malawi - The Polytechnic, in fulfilment for the award of Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Dr. Kalani Mbeye Malema secured a fully funded scholarship for his PhD studies at Andhra University in India, where he has studied in the college of Arts and Commerce within which he conducted a PhD research (for his 2022 awarded PhD in commerce and management studies) on the implications of labour disputes on workplace operations with reference to the coal mining companies in Malawi. Dr. Malema's PhD final research proposal, which was approved and submitted to the University can be accessed here.

Professional work documents,
A number of professional work documents have been authored by Dr. Kalani Malema.
